My World into parrotlets ,started many ,many years ago and it became my life and passion , a tiny little baby parrotlet entered my life ,and it was love at first sight because she was so tiny, we gave her the best personal care and love for this tiny little Parrotlet, we decided maybe to breed these little Parrotlets as they were very few being bred at that time if any and we we started out 2 pairs and as years went buy we grew with quite a few pairs, our 2 very First Baby Parrotlets we very stunning and pretty, one was a Pastel Blue female, were we very surprised ,very stunning Parrotlet she was White with a tiny bid of blue on her wings they did not even have pastels''s or were not known at the time.we were one of the first breeders of the American white and also now called the blue pastels at that time in Canada,the second baby parrotlet was a Visual green with Yellow marking's that was a pied Parrotlets it was a male , that was back in 1992/1994 we became very dedicated Breeder's of Parrotlets,we strive to produce top quality Parrotlets and providing the best Foods,Health and Special Love and Care ,we welcome you to our Website of Just Us Parrotlets " enjoy you stay ", please look around .

What we Breed and have in colours regular Green ,and Blue Pacifics, Blue Pastal Green Pastal,Pastal Yellow,American White ,Albino,parrotlets,Lutino Baby parrotlets coming soon, we also breed Pacific Lucida Parrotlets or called the Columbian Pacific Parrotlet which are a subspecies of the Pacific parrotlet, they have a turquoise rump ,they are from Columbia (hard to find) . We also breed Yellow Pied,Blue Pied parrotlets,some of are parrotlets are also split to Green,Blue and Yellow (triple split ) the triple splits are great for Breeding to a White Albino Parrotlet and we also have (double split) parrotlets, we also breed Cinnimon Parrotlets and Spectacled Parrotlets .We have beautiful and stunning Colour Mutation Parrotlets.Some of our Parrotlets are imported from Belgum and the Netherlands ,top quality pairs and singles are used for Breeding.

Parrotlets are delightful little parrots ,with charm,intelligence with a large amazon Personality in a small package,if you decide to buy a male or female the personality , their is not a whole lot of differance between the male and female they are very loving to their new owners, our handfeed babies are Sweet ,Adorable and Truly love people adapt well too their new home and their owners and are a lot of fun , love to cuddle ,play with you and be with you alot ,parrotlets love to ride on your shoulder or ride around in your shirt pocket they like being in your hair ,Parrotlets are able to say about 10 -15 words.so yes they can learn to talk and minic sounds like telephone ringing,door bell,dog barking and even talk in the owners voice.

We handfeed all of our Parrotlet Babies they are pulled from the nest at 2 /2 -3 weeks ,and weaned by 10 -12 weeks depending on the baby parrotlet and if it is eating on their own, we spend alot of time with our parrotlets with play time and our Parrotlets are use too all different kinds of house hold noises and they get very spoiled with all kinds of toys and interaction with many people and played with every day,with lots of family and friends who love,adore our young Parrotlets.We are more interested in our Baby parrotlets having a Happy and Stress free life .

Things to do for your Baby Parrotlet ,before it arrives to you and it's new home.

When you bring your new parrotlet home ,put your parrotet in it's cage (cage should be at least 18 x 18 x 24 or larger and let it get use to it's new cage and your home .,make sure when buying a cage that you have food dishes ,toys and proper food ,dowel perchs can often cause sore feet,you can find Manzanita wood perches in different sizes in a pet store they are excellent for your baby parrotlet,don't forget millet spray they love it ,also good when you parrotlet does not eat when it first arrives ) all of this can relieve stress for your parrotlet in it's new home ,talk to it gently and just watch your parrotlet for a day or so and let him/her settle in ,your parrotlet is still a baby and needs proper rest and sleep at least 10 hours of sleep for your baby,and all it's siblings are no longer with him/her he/she will feel alone ,give your parrotlet time to adjust and get customeized to everything in it's new home ,make sure your parrotlet is eating it's food ,drinking water ,make sure you buy the proper food ( cockatiel seed mix ) that the breeder is giving their parrotlets ,mineral blocks,should be hung in the cage,and also cuttle bone (clipped onto the inside of the cage) ,Fresh fruits( feed only 1-2 times a week, if that ) vegetables,you can thaw our frozen Vegatables etc give your parrotlet warm moist cooked food ,please check the tempeture of the food to make sure it is not to hot for your baby parrotlet, as it is security for your Baby Parrotlet ,you can feed Birdy Bread,Carrots,Corn,cooked Beans,Grains,Veggie Mix,Rice and Peas,Cooked Pasta ,cut into small pieces, home cooked foods are wonderful for your Baby Parrotlet ,you may put food dishes on the floor of the wire botton that is in your cage, for the first day or so then after that attach them to the side of the cage,take your time enjoying your new baby parrotlet ,at times your new baby parrotlet will be shy and nervous for the first few days or weeks.on the 2nd - 3rd/4th day , you can now open the cage door for picking up and handling your parrotlet ,make sure the cage is in a warm area ,but not beside a heater or in the sun,when the parrotlet gets older by the day, then start taking your parrotlet out of the cage more often and spend lots more time with your parrotlet with love,enjoyment and training plus lots of toys like eg: you can buy leather ,rawhide,wood and rope toys, remember to give fresh water every day or even 2 times a day ,clean the cage daily ,never leave cooked food in it's dishes over night ,remove dishes that have soft cooked food in them or has been sitting in it's cage after 2 hours,donot leave it in the cage, just a note : training may be done 2 times a day ,just donot over do the training, as your baby parrotlet needs to rest and sleep .Make sure your new Cage that you buy ,is free of Zinc and Lead. as it is toxic for your parrotlet or for any bird. some times young parrotlets can become nippy and this is were you have to gently teach them that it is not ok to nip you ,distract your baby parrotlet, so it does not become a nippy or a biting bird and your young parrotlet is just like a baby teething,so treat with gentle words and teach your parrotlet not to bite or nip you or others ,in your household.. as your parrotlet gets use to you and it's new home play and pick up your parrotlet often , If you are looking which foods to feed your parrotlet ,then check the link page on our website for foods allowed and foods that are not allowed.

Parrotlets are on the whole a quiet bird, ideal for people who live in apartments or have neighbours close by and are concerned regarding excessive noise. Personally we have found budgies can be noisier.

About Our Baby Parrotlets

We are very dedicated to the care of our baby Parrotlets , our baby Parrotlets are in the Nestbox with the parents till they are 2 1/2 - 3 weeks old ,depending on the baby parrotlets hatch rate,then at 2 1/2 -3 weeks ,we pull them from the nest box and start handfeeding the baby Parrotlets and we make sure they are weaned completely on to adult food and other foods ,we spend many hours and days,weeks with our Baby parrotlets, they learn to eat on their own ,play with toys, and get use to everything in our home,plus our other pets,our hand fed formula is Kaytee Extract it is 106 degrees (+/- ) for feeding, our baby parrotlets, our hand feeding formula has DHA Omega-3 for growth and proper development .

We donot abundance wean our baby parrotlets ,we let our baby parrotlets wean at their own pace ,to ensure you are recieving a healthly and properly weaned Baby .
